Key Responsibilities: Consistently exceed personal sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to potential students. Build connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities. Develop strong customer relationships through engaging product presentations. Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor. Encourage customer loyalty through effective communication and follow-up. Assist with store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance. Ensure store security, including managing keys and alarm codes.
