As a Retail Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing in-store merchandising for our retail partners, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Creating engaging product displays and end caps. Resetting shelves for optimal product rotation. Monitoring inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Who You Are: You thrive in customer-focused environments and enjoy engaging with both customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner. You are at least 18 years old. You are physically capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You possess reliable transportation to and from the work location. You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience. You have a proven track record of leading and training others. You are proficient in using smartphones or tablets to document work after each shift. You demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for action and results.
