In the position of Retail Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing essential in-store merchandising support. Key duties include building attractive displays, reshaping product placements on shelves, and managing inventory to boost sales opportunities for our stores and suppliers. About You: You are enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers and management. You are 18 years or older. You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from the work location. You bring 1-2 years of merchandising experience. You have experience leading and training others. You are familiar with using a smartphone or tablet for recording work tasks after each shift. You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You are a motivated self-starter, focused on achieving results. You can work independently while also fostering effective teamwork.
