Overview Retail Merchandising Specialist position with BDS. This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity requiring long-term availability to work 20 hours per week minimum, Monday–Friday between early morning and midday, with occasional weekend hours during busier periods. You may join a network of brands and receive weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to work independently.

Base pay $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

What You'll Do

Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your assigned territory

Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (e.g., TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones)

Occasionally partner with team members to complete 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs

Build and maintain positive in-store relationships

Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager

Ensure reporting is completed on time from your personal mobile device

Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (onboarding)

Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and transport to store locations as requested

Other tasks as requested by management

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred

Skills and Attributes: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; proficient with Android or Apple devices (GPS, photo upload, data reporting); own a basic toolkit (reimbursement after probation); ability to complete paid BDS online training; must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Availability and Logistics

Flexible availability Monday – Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours

Minimum 20 hours per week

Ability to drive for the company with a valid driver's license and auto insurance

Ability to travel within a designated market up to 60 miles radius (drive time and mileage paid)

Physical Requirements The role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 40+ pounds, climbing ladders, and possible use of moving equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Compensation Information The pay range is USD $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Final compensation determined during the interview process and in compliance with wage laws.
