Position Details: Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Flexible start time between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Mileage and cell phone reimbursement program included. Your territory will include Central Las Vegas. Role Overview: As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will use your own vehicle to travel to customer locations, manage product displays according to plan-o-grams, check for expired products, and ensure optimal product placement to drive sales. Your keen ability to assess and identify customer needs will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to our assigned stores daily. Ensure proper merchandising, stocking, pricing, and product cleanliness. Arrange display areas and shelves following store requirements. Monitor store levels and report any issues to management promptly. Regularly maintain a safe working environment in-store aisles. Keep track of your work hours using provided time sheets. Perform additional tasks as directed. Ideal Candidate Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 6 months experience in merchandising, stocking, or customer service is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance. Ability to lift products weighing between 5-25 lbs regularly and occasionally lift cases weighing up to 70 lbs is necessary.
