Overview Retail Merchandising Specialist needed to support consumer electronics brands across assigned retail stores. This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity with a weekly pay schedule, paid training, and diverse assignments. Prior experience in general retail, grocery, home improvement, tech support, cosmetics, or installation is welcome, but training is provided for all new hires. What You'll Do Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones) Occasionally partner with team members on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs Build and maintain positive in-store relationships Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager Ensure reporting is completed on time from your mobile device Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (onboarding provided) Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and bring them to store locations as requested Other tasks as requested by management What You'll Bring Experience and Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred Skills and Attributes: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with BDS and in-store personnel Proficiency using a personal Android or Apple device with GPS to upload photos, report data, and reference documents Must own a basic toolkit (reflection of toolkit cost reimbursement after probation) Basic toolkit includes: screwdriver set, torx bits, hammer, cordless drill, wrenches, box cutter, cleaning cloths, and related tools Ability to complete paid BDS online training courses within required timeline Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Availability and Logistics Flexible availability Monday – Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours Minimum of 20 hours per week Ability to drive for the company with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius (drive time and mileage paid) Physical Requirements The physical demands are representative of those that must be met to perform essential functions. Duties include: Stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push/pull, talk, hear, and drive Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds Climb a ladder taller than 10 feet Complete certification to operate moving equipment if required by business needs Occasionally travel by flight or other modes of transportation Important Information The pay range is based on experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and must comply with applicable wage laws.
