Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule weekly tasks to meet execution goals Execute retail merchandising tasks punctually Complete assignments in a cost-effective and efficient manner Report all finished retail tasks accurately on the same day of execution Communicate effectively with store personnel about tasks, promotions, and objectives Participate in required training and certification programs Utilize CROSSMARK's communication tools for effective planning and reporting Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as directed Work collaboratively with teams and participate in client initiatives Provide outstanding customer service and foster professional relationships in all interactions Maintain all company equipment properly Adhere to company policies, procedures, and role responsibilities This role typically does not exceed 24 hours per week, though flexibility may be required based on business needs.
