Flexible weekday hours for better work-life balance Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Consistent part-time hours with growth potential Supportive team that values your time and talent Your Role: As a SPAR Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will visit retail stores in your area to: Implement planograms, conduct resets, manage product cut-ins, arrange POP displays, process returns, and perform general merchandising tasks Collaborate with store personnel to review objectives and confirm merchandising plans Carry out inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy Restock shelves and organize product displays effectively Capture before/after photos and upload them using our mobile reporting tool Travel between store locations as required Who You Are: You are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in independent work environments. You enjoy being active, tackling various tasks, and seeing your efforts materialize in a retail setting. Qualifications: Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred (not mandatory) Comfortable working weekday daytime hours Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended durations Competent in following planograms and visual instructions Access to a smartphone (Android or iOS) and internet connectivity Reliable transportation (some local travel is expected) Must report job completion on the same day via our mobile app Ready to Make a Difference in Retail Merchandising?
