Job Responsibilities: Execute retail merchandising tasks, including reading and interpreting plano-grams and schematic layouts, along with implementing department or cosmetic/brand resets within grocery and retail environments. Showcase strong execution skills to meet challenging and evolving deadlines. Interface effectively with clients, leadership, and managers, maintaining a positive, cooperative, and professional demeanor at all times. Demonstrate a high level of collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus. Report all completed retail tasks using designated systems on the same day the work is performed. Complete all required training and certifications. Utilize CROSSMARK's communication tools daily to accurately plan, report, and review your work. Deliver excellent customer service and foster professional relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to meet company and client goals. Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment. Receive product/materials securely for resets, to be executed at client locations. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities. Note: This job description outlines the primary functions of the role, but it is not exhaustive. Associates may be asked to perform additional job-related tasks as directed by management. Qualifications: Prior experience in retail resets or merchandising, preferably in cosmetics. Ability to successfully complete department, cosmetic/brand, or general reset tasks as scheduled. Communicate effectively with store personnel and management about tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client objectives. Reliable transportation is crucial; transport yourself and necessary materials to various locations (typically within a 25-40 mile radius). Mileage reimbursement is provided. Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet minimum auto insurance requirements. English proficiency is required; bilingual skills may be beneficial based on business needs. Work Schedule and Availability: This is a part-time role, expected to be less than 24 hours per week. However, hours may fluctuate based on client needs. Typically, hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overnight travel, weekends, or evening projects. Availability for full eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 am, is essential. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Regular access to a computer or printer is required for checking emails, completing training, and printing reports. A comfort level with tablet or smartphone technology is important for tasks like photo uploads and app usage. Reliable internet access is also necessary. Physical Demands: This role involves regular standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and listening. Employees must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally, including activities like removing items from shelves, moving displays, and reorganizing products according to provided plano-grams.
