Responsibilities Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation; track inventory. Ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Qualifications 18 years or older. Ability to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to and from the work location. 1-2 years of merchandising experience; experience leading and training people. Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results; able to work independently and with teams. Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
