Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles. Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change according to operating procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and programs; participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
