Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to operating procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards. Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures and standards. Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain floor cleanliness and organization. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs; participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For Possesses excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
