Key Responsibilities: Model excellent customer experience practices with both internal and external customers. Support a positive store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect. Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring proper change is given. Promote our credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions. Follow established merchandising procedures and standards to maintain our merchandising philosophy. Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures. Assist with store recovery throughout the day to ensure a tidy shopping environment. Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and overall store. Engage in ongoing recognition and constructive feedback with team members. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives to maintain a risk-free environment. Complete other assigned tasks as necessary. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to meet business needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability in responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Strong communication skills. Capability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
