Opportunity Grow Your Career Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles and store standards. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Participate in shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
