Job Description: Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately process transactions, returns, and handle cash according to procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards Contribute to a safe environment and participate in safety programs Support store shrink reduction initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For: You.
