Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to support store needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards; prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Initiate and participate in store recovery; maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction programs; participate in safety. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task. Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred.
