Job Summary The Loss Prevention Project Manager is responsible for leading initiatives related to the deployment and enhancement of camera systems across regional retail locations. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding company assets by ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in coordination with both suppliers and store teams. Primary responsibilities include: Overseeing the planning and execution of store-specific projects. Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Driving process improvements to strengthen overall loss prevention strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and system designs for camera system installations and upgrades. Coordinate with internal teams (Loss Prevention, Technology, Store Operations, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Anticipate potential challenges, proactively implement solutions, and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum. Supervise and provide guidance to a Loss Prevention Project Specialist in support of day-to-day project activities. Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, addressing field concerns, and identifying opportunities for service or process enhancements. Collaborate closely with store leadership teams to ensure projects align with operational and security objectives. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of Loss Prevention experience or related retail systems experience. At least 1 year of project management or comparable experience in coordinating multi-site initiatives. Special Requirements No specific certifications required; Project Management certification (PMP or similar) preferred. Hybrid work schedule: remote on Mondays and Fridays, onsite Tuesday through Thursday at regional corporate offices. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with physical security systems, particularly camera technologies. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of loss prevention strategies and retail policies/procedures. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Desired Characteristics Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives in a retail environment. Knowledge of emerging physical security technologies. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. Work Environment Hybrid schedule (combination of remote and onsite work at regional corporate offices). Minimal travel to store locations may be required for project execution and oversight. Fast-paced, collaborative environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
