The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager – US to lead the charge in bringing BrewDog to life across our US retail locations. You’ll be the mastermind behind our Annual Retail Brand Programs and Calendar, ensuring our brands shine at the local retail property level, building strong public-facing marketing, and developing the digital/social content look-and-feel that drives market strategy. Your work will keep BrewDog top of mind (and pint in hand) year-round.
This role is perfect for an individual passionate for building brands, creating buzz, and delivering projects from first spark to final cheers.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Marketing to determine monthly offerings that align with BrewDog’s annual marketing calendar for Retail Bar strategy for all properties.
Manage marketing POS for all retail bars, including menus, posters, table tents, and other in-bar collateral to ensure brand consistency and timely updates.
Provide monthly marketing briefs to GMs, Marketing Mavericks, and Retail Crew to communicate upcoming programs, initiatives, and key activation details. Content Creation/Digital
Create and maintain the content look-and-feel for BrewDog’s brand voice across all retail properties, ensuring digital, social, and in-bar marketing consistently reflects our identity.
Submit monthly CRM briefs for each property outlining monthly offerings and/or updates to support retail marketing communications.
Submit monthly paid ad plans and manage the relationship with Next Momentum or other agency partners, as directed by the Head of Brand & Marketing.
Collaborate with the Brand Activation Manager to communicate retail property needs for website updates and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Administrative
Present weekly Retail Marketing decks to Retail General Managers and key stakeholders, covering current programming and upcoming initiatives.
Provide monthly marketing briefs to GMs, Marketing Mavericks, and Retail Crew to communicate upcoming programs, initiatives, and key activation details.
Work closely with GMs and bar leadership to ensure marketing programs supporting brand and retail needs are clearly communicated and executed.
Community
Act as a visible brand ambassador, representing the Marketing team with professionalism, energy, and community spirit at all levels of the business.

Exceptional project management and communication skills
The ability to work independently and take ownership of all projects
Commercially and creatively minded, with the ability to spot new opportunities
Leading projects from concept stage to delivery, with a focus on post-event reporting
A keen eye for detail across the board, from budget management to creative execution
The ability to handle a number of projects at once, with a track record in prioritizing and managing multiple opportunities
Experience in working with/for challenger and/or FMCG brand
