Our client in the Retail space is seeking a new Retail Marketing Lead for a hybrid W2 contract position that will require 4 days onsite in Boston. Compensation Range: $65 - 70 per hour. In this role, you will provide comprehensive marketing direction for our stores, own 365 marketing strategies and standards from concept to execution, craft retail brand presentations that create authentic and impactful consumer journeys, and support the evolution of retail. Drive marketing strategies for retail; evolve standards for visual and product presentation; develop 365 storytelling. Lead the driver of retail marketing plans from inception to creation to execution, aligning with larger brand and retail priorities and ensuring readiness for deployment. Develop integrated marketing plans and journeys for Stores, from ideation to execution; write briefs, manage feedback, coordinate release to geographies, ensure readiness for deployment, and provide post-launch analyses to inform future strategies. Lead Retail Concepts Marketing across formats; establish 365 Marketing components across design and the consumer journey; collaborate with Stores, Experience, and Business teams. Oversee 365 Retail Standards: strategy and training tools for Product Presentation and Visual Merchandising; build toolkits and training materials to scale standards globally. Store Signage: manage creation and deployment of in-store signage aligned with promotions and brand standards; lead promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and conversion. CRM & Traffic Driving: collaborate with CRM teams to build marketing strategies to welcome new consumers and engage existing customers; drive repeat visits with data-driven frameworks for geographic implementation. Market Visits: conduct market visits as needed to evaluate execution, gather insights, and provide actionable feedback for future plans. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retail brand/account marketing. Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail. Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing. Understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing and Social Media. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and able to deliver against deadlines. Ability to lead marketing plan development and execution process end-to-end. Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs and working with external agencies. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Analytical skills and business acumen; proven ability to use data to drive business decisions and marketing optimization. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training. Ability to travel domestically.
