This role ensures consistent implementation of marketing plans across Mainline, Outlet, and Franchise formats, aligned with commercial priorities and consumer experience goals. About the Job Support campaign execution across Mainline, Outlet, and Franchise stores in México.
Coordinate asset delivery and ensure timely deployment of in-store and digital materials.
Assist in retail calendar management, tracking deadlines and aligning with commercial priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BE (brand environment), Store Operations, and Marketing functions.
Monitor campaign performance, gather store feedback, and support reporting on key retail KPIs.Manage vendor coordination and assist with budget tracking for retail activations.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail marketing touchpoints in the region
About you Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies : 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or campaign coordination—preferably in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods, supporting regional or multi-market teams is a plus.
Decision-Making & Accountability:  The Retail Marketing Coordinator role requires daily decision-making to adapt and implement global and regional marketing campaigns specifically for Levi’s owned stores in México, balancing brand guidelines with local consumer insights and operational realities. To resolve challenges, the coordinator typically analyzes campaign objectives and store needs, collaborates with the Retail Marketing Manager, visual merchandising, retail operations, and store teams, and makes tactical adjustments to ensure effective execution. Resources guiding these decisions include Levi’s brand standards, seasonal toolkits, organizational policies, and the brand’s core values of authenticity and local relevance. The role is accountable for delivering timely, brand-consistent in-store activations that drive traffic and conversion, while ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders to support the retail business’s overall growth targets.
Interaction & Communication : The Retail Marketing Coordinator role involves daily collaboration and coordination across multiple levels and teams, primarily interacting with the Retail Marketing Manager, retail operations, visual merchandising, and the local commercial team within Levi’s México. The role also communicates directly with store managers and staff to align campaign execution and gather on-the-ground insights. Externally, the coordinator may engage with local vendors, print suppliers, and agencies to adapt and produce marketing materials that meet brand standards and timelines. Typical interactions include exchanging information, coordinating schedules, collaborating to solve implementation challenges, and occasionally influencing partners to align with brand priorities. Contacts are mainly inside LS&Co., but external partnerships are essential for execution, ensuring that marketing activations are delivered effectively and resonate with local consumers.
