The Retail Marketing Communications Associate Manager is a key player on the Retail Team responsible for assisting in the development of best-in-class retail communications and menuboard precision, and playing a vital role in introducing new products to the Dunkin pipeline. Responsibilities: POP is the point of purchase advertising materials that promote our delicious food and beverage offerings. The person who fills this role will occasionally travel for still photography and motion photoshoots and ensure that all shoot-related needs are met. This role also assists in creating and distributing POP materials, working with internal teams and agency partners to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.

Menuboards inform guests of our product offerings, including prices and calories, and must always be 100% accurate, as they support additional ordering channels like kiosks and the Dunkin app. If you have a passion for accuracy, detail, puzzles, and tech, supporting menuboard development is ideal.

Facilitate alpha-phase product tests, organize local photoshoots, and create POP materials for multiple tests each window to stay ahead of product launches.

Manage smaller tasks such as Dunkin in-restaurant radio, asset creation for delivery providers, and other duties that support the IMC teams activities.

Maintain presentation decks, retail schematics, budgets, and other support materials to ensure the teams backbone functions smoothly.

Be adaptable to handle additional duties as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and readiness for the unexpected.

Requirements: 4-year degree in Marketing or a relevant field

3+ years of experience in advertising/marketing

Agency experience is a bonus

High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Creative approach to work that brings fun and inspiration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
