Hours for this position are Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-6pm. Primary responsibilities include: Coordinating and supervising all aspects of Teller and Universal Banker operations with the Savoy and Champaign branches and ensuring all daily activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner; Providing training to branch employees; Performing teller duties as needed; Opening and processing new accounts; Serving as the IRA administrator for the branch; Accepting and processing consumer loans and home equity loans as needed; Creating and managing the Universal Banker and Teller schedule for both Savoy and Champaign branches; Ensuring proper and safe opening and closing of the branch and implementation of all bank security policies and procedures; Cross-selling products and services; Providing quality customer service to further customer relations; Should have appropriate computer knowledge to assist customers with online banking products.
