To ensure objectives are met in the Retail areas. Responsible for Retail Store/area organization. Directs and coordinates by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems
As a Retail Manager you will
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
Conduct a monthly inventory.
Effectively lead, manage, and communicate with teams.
Recruit, train, and supervise all staff.
Meet safety and sanitation standards.
Performs POS System voids, management functions, and programming within department procedures.
Research/tracks missing check reports.
Responds to guest inquiries, and complaints professionally and urgently.
Performs department self-audit annually documenting policy violations.
Ensures adherence to all defined department/company standard operating procedures within the department.
Audits Guest checks, documenting irregularities, and cash control violations.
Observe staff opening/running/closing outlet procedures, and maintain current documents checklist.
Documents staff call-in/tardiness.
Evaluates individual staff customer service quality levels daily.
Train supervisory staff to follow up and maintain all standards.
Enforces staff, company, and department grooming policies.
Maintains department guidelines for bi-weekly payroll.
Operate operations within budgeted guidelines.

Qualifications
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Follow instructions without close supervision
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License
