Job Description:
Cellairis specializes in cell phone, tablet, and computer repairs plus, we are the leading device accessory sales company. We are a nationwide company with over 500 corporate and franchise owned locations, and yet again we are experiencing rapid growth in several key markets. Due to one our newest business launches with the largest retailer in the world; Wal-Mart our growth and the demand for talented employees has catapulted.
The Retail Sales Manager will work with his/her District Manager to drive location sales and collect online reviews, resolve customer service issues, hold employees accountable to policies and procedures, and will assist with location scheduling and staffing.
Drive Sales/Performance:
Effectively selling and advertising Cellairis' core products and services
Inventory management as a function of sales
Capacity Planning as a function of sales
Create and maintain a daily sales goal and plan utilizing metrics and reports
Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
General Store Operations:
Housekeeping/Store Organization
Merchandising/inventory/loss prevention
Employee Conduct/Rules
Hiring Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Perform basic math
Ability to turn objections into sales
Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver's License
Professional appearance
Pass Criminal Background check/ Pass Drug Screening
Physical requirements: Stand for long periods of time/lift 25 lbs
Previous Work Experience:
Management Experience: 2-5 years as retail sales manager Proven success in sales Has managed 2-10 staff members in a retail environment
