Our Orchard Park, NY showroom is looking for an eager, driven Retail Manager in Training--youll dive into the heart of our operations, learning to lead sales, guest service, and logistics under the guidance of our General Manager. Well provide the tools and mentorship to help you grow into a leadership role. This is your chance to develop skills, drive results, and prepare to build a winning team. Whats the Game Plan? Youll support the management team, learn to keep operations running smoothly, and help make our showroom a standout. Youll observe and assist in coaching the crew, solving challenges, and setting the pace for exceptional guest experiences. Retail management is your future domainstart training to take charge!
