Basic Qualifications Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum; Associate degree in related field preferred; specialized banking education/training. Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; thorough knowledge of current retail/mortgage lending regulations and procedures; thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines, loan documents, collateral values, and risk base pricing; ability to analyze financial statements as well as loan and credit requests; proficient technology skills; visual and auditory skills.
