Your Responsibilities: Assist in achieving the store's sales plan and performance targets, alongside your own personal sales goals. Support the management of expense budgets and payroll while ensuring procedural compliance. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results. Take on management duties as the Manager on Duty, including coaching and training team members. Inspire innovation by leading through the Kindthread Core Values and maintaining a high-performance culture. Execute and uphold strong visual merchandising standards. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership role or relevant experience. Proven ability to consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-29 hours weekly). Preferred Qualifications: A knack for cultivating genuine customer connections to ensure all customers feel welcome and valued. Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team, leading by example. Self-motivated with strong networking and lead generation abilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical Demands: Constantly standing and walking. Frequently reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds. Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools.
