As a Retail Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, creating outstanding in-store experiences, and providing leadership and support to fellow team members. Key Responsibilities: Promote a service-oriented and selling culture, exceeding expectations to foster lasting customer relationships. Become knowledgeable about our product categories and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable sales goals, including units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, item add-ons, and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, and overall store housekeeping. Help process merchandise and ensure floor stock is monitored and replenished as needed. Efficiently and accurately complete all sales transactions while maintaining accountability at the POS registers. Collaborate with the store leadership team to find new ways to enhance skills and improve sales metrics. Follow all opening and closing procedures according to company standards and adhere to Time and Attendance policies. Comply with all local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies and practices. Be willing to take on any other duties assigned by management. Exhibit a high standard of quality in work, attendance, and personal appearance.
