Join our team as a Retail Key Holder and be a vital part of creating an exceptional shopping experience that brings customers back for more! Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge. Support leadership initiatives and help manage daily store operations in the absence of a manager. Drive sales by understanding and executing the store's sales plan and goals. Maintain visual standards across assigned sales floor zones to ensure an inviting environment. Assist with the store's opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Operate the cash register, process transactions, and effectively use product knowledge to encourage additional sales. Accurately close out the cash register and communicate any discrepancies to the store manager. Participate in planogram implementations, including designing store layouts, fixtures, and merchandising strategies. Collaborate with management to prevent theft and misuse of company resources. Maintain organization in the stock room and support inventory management practices. Help train and coach new sales associates to ensure a cohesive team environment.
