Position Overview As a Key Holder Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Leadership Team by providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring operational excellence. You will assist in daily store functions and contribute to a positive team culture, all while representing the Kendra Scott brand with pride. Your Responsibilities Focus on Customer Satisfaction: Deliver WOW service and instill a customer-focused mentality within your team to ensure every guest feels valued and attended to. Drive Sales Performance: Understand the importance of maximizing store productivity while building meaningful connections with customers through inspiring product suggestions. Community Engagement: Participate in philanthropic initiatives and help build brand awareness by supporting community events and giveback goals. Uphold Standards: Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Must be over the age of 18 Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
