Position Overview As a Key Holder Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Leadership Team by providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring operational excellence. You will assist in daily store functions and contribute to a positive team culture, all while representing the Kendra Scott brand with pride. Your Responsibilities Focus on Customer Satisfaction: Deliver WOW service and instill a customer-focused mentality within your team to ensure every guest feels valued and attended to. Drive Sales Performance: Understand the importance of maximizing store productivity while building meaningful connections with customers through inspiring product suggestions. Community Engagement: Participate in philanthropic initiatives and help build brand awareness by supporting community events and giveback goals. Uphold Standards: Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Effective Communication: Educate guests and team members about product knowledge, assisting them with personalized styling options. Adaptability: Be flexible in your responsibilities, transitioning between various store areas as needed. Collaborative Team Player: Support your teammates in delivering WOW experiences and share ideas openly to foster a positive working environment. Proactive Problem Solver: Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring positive outcomes in every interaction. Minimum Requirements Must be over the age of 18 Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
