To join our team, we ask that you consider the following: Prior experience as a retail shift leader or supervisor Proficiency in conducting inventory counts, ordering and stocking inventory, and reconciling invoices Experience operating a cash register in a retail setting Ability to handle accurate gas and diesel transactions Comfortable using a calculator, computer, telephone, and other necessary equipment Physical capability to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs Willingness to stand for at least an 8-hour shift Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays Typical Physical Demands Regular communication and auditory engagement is required Frequent standing and walking, with occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Work Environment This position involves exposure to outdoor elements through all seasons and may include interacting with fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
