GENERAL FUNCTION
This role provides crucial support to the SGHNA RISC Team, which oversees visual merchandising for over 1,500 Sunglass Hut locations, including SGO stores . The RISC team is responsible for managing print production of all in-store initiatives (marketing/RISC/RSM/product), graphic inventory management, developing marketing visual guidelines, NRR graphic production and distribution, and marketing/RISC campaign planning.
The position requires a highly analytical individual who excels in data interpretation and analysis to support graphics management. The ability to interpret visual campaign layouts and apply them to a wide variety of store design through excel will be key to this role. A solid background in inventory management is essential, complex distribution list creation, along with experience in retail design to effectively contribute to the analytical demands of the mapping team.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide additional support for SGH graphic requests, with a focus on high-priority, quick-turnaround projects such as the Billboard Project and Review Survey image tracking etc.
Execute and maintain ongoing graphic updates, including but not limited to: Urgent inventory requests
Time-sensitive “hot jobs”
Brand image refreshes based on expiration timelines
Promotional and new store launch assets on short notice
Maintain updated crop images from NRR on the code sheet template.
Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform.
Regularly update project trackers to reflect current progress.
Organize and manage job folders for assigned projects.
Maintain accurate records in the job tracker for all owned projects.
Track and log graphic-related expenditures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Solid Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Advanced Excel skills (PIVOT TABLES, V-LOOK UP, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, DATA ANALYSIS & VALIDATION)
Adobe CS software OR PPT skills to support graphic layouts
Strong Project management skills
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, able to think analytically with precision and consistency, and able to understand and manage the complexity of a diverse store group.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years in similar position, preferably in a retail channel with multi-brands approach
Data analysis and navigating large complex spreadsheets
Understanding of multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution experience
Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions
