As a Retail Head Manager, you will oversee the management of staff and all store operations to ensure we meet our company objectives. You will help us stay deeply connected to youth culture, providing our community with an incredible selection of renowned sneaker and apparel brands. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Setting clear operational goals and communication channels to maximize team contributions toward meeting sales targets. Managing schedules, operational tasks, and visual merchandising effectively and within deadlines. Overseeing payroll budgets to ensure efficiency without sacrificing customer service quality. Collaborating with the District Manager and Human Resources on personnel matters and associate relations. Participating actively in store meetings to encourage innovative thinking and share best practices. Building and leading a strong team focused on achieving sales and profit results. Providing constructive feedback and evaluations to motivate team performance and achieve productivity goals. Identifying training needs and coaching team members for ongoing personal and professional development. Recognizing high performance and addressing any performance issues through effective coaching. Identifying potential succession opportunities within the team for career advancement. Key Collaborators: Store Management Human Resources District Manager Asset Protection Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. 2+ years of previous experience in retail management. High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Ability to respond to store alarm issues as necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong drive for results and problem-solving skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 15-30 pounds. Skills & Success Factors: Passion for the brand and culture.
