As the Retail General Manager , you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and financial success of a multi-million dollar business. Our leadership team requires a flexible availability to meet the business needs and serve our guests effectively. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the tools necessary for success from day one. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding guest service and enhance the overall customer experience. Provide leadership to the store management team, ensuring alignment with our company mission and values. Attract, recruit, and train a talented team that embodies our culture and values. Manage inventory, financials, and store operations to meet Tri Star's standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain the store’s visual standards. Engage in ongoing feedback and collaboration with senior management to improve store performance. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience in retail or hospitality. At least 3 years of management experience directly supervising a team. Strong passion for guest service and team development. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain sufficient visual acuity. Must be 18 years or older and able to work within a 30-mile radius of your home location.
