Responsibilities include:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on furniture selection, interior design concepts, and space planning to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Showcase a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and specifications to facilitate sales conversations.
Assist customers in visualizing furniture arrangements through the use of floor plans, fabric swatches, and other design tools.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that furniture displays are visually appealing.
Collaborate with fellow Team Members and departments to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in interior design to provide customers with the latest information.
Saturday and some holidays required
