Responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on furniture selection, interior design concepts, and space planning to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Showcase a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and specifications to facilitate sales conversations.
• Assist customers in visualizing furniture arrangements through the use of floor plans, fabric swatches, and other design tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that furniture displays are visually appealing.
• Collaborate with fellow Team Members and departments to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in interior design to provide customers with the latest information.
• Saturday and some holidays required
