The Retail Fragrances Sales Support Associate (Dior, Fashion Valley) provides professional fragrance services to customers, demonstrates fragrances, fulfills product needs, and supports department success. What You Will Do Provide exceptional customer service for both digital and in-store customers, partnering as needed to satisfy needs. Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances through application or card demonstrations. Collaborate with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Mgr to address inventory inaccuracies and related tasks. Attend product training classes and seminars. Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock. Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales. Process new receipts, damages, testers, and return-to-vendors (RTVs) timely. Maintain a safe work area, adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures, and comply with hygiene standards. Follow shortage programs and procedures. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities. Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality. Who You Are High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of related experience. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers. Resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform This position requires lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaching above eye level, color vision, and other mobility requirements.
