Title: Retail Food Associate (Food Service & Customer Support)

Pay: $18.00/hour Location: Draper, UT 84020

Hours: Wednesday-Saturday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Overview

This role supports the *** Food function in delivering safe, healthy, affordable, and sustainable food experiences that enhance customer visits. Food team members ensure product knowledge, food safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service across all *** Food areas including restaurant, bistro, and Swedish Food Market.

Job Description Prepare, produce, and serve *** Food menu items in accordance with company standards Follow approved food handling, health, hygiene, and sustainability guidelines Maintain clean and organized food service, prep, and customer dining areas Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure availability of clean dishes, trays, and utensils Ensure pricing and digital/menu board accuracy Replenish food and beverage stations using FIFO rotation Support Swedish Food Market operations including merchandising and sample handling Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on food equipment Adhere to safety policies and immediately report hazards or violations Support team success and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture Required Skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced customer environment Strong communication and service orientation Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation Familiarity with food handling procedures and kitchen equipment Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting, cleaning)
