Job Description
The Retail Store Floor Lead at Vuori leads the retail sales team by example, forging connections with customers and communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a positive outlook. The Floor Lead encourages the team to maintain Vuori’s standards in retail sales and customer experiences. As a key part of the store leadership team, the Floor Lead supervises the retail floor, takes initiative, delegates work, and acts as a "go-to" person. Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Floor Lead assists in leadership duties, working directly with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Create an unforgettable customer experience
Works with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
Takes ownership of the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
Prepares fitting rooms, finds sizes, and provides honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Builds lasting relationships with customers by engaging about product details, new products, and upcoming events.
Stays knowledgeable on new and popular items, sharing information with customers and team.
Be the business
Leads daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Motivates the sales team and achieves sales goals in a team-based environment.
Seeks new product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert.
Leads team projects with a focus on customer experience.
Communicates inventory needs to support business goals.
Leadership/Ownership
Collaborates with the Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategies, community engagement, and team management.
Leads store maintenance, including restocking, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
Ensures safety and protocol standards in opening and closing the store.
Encourages punctuality, role responsibility, and high performance among employees.
Qualifications
Availability for morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days/week, including at least 1 weekend day.
Strong punctuality and attendance record.
Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
Exceptional customer service skills, proactive in handling concerns.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner of new procedures.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
Pay Range: $20 - $22 + Commission
