This role involves lead generation and providing strategic input to the sales department on equipment financing and warranty options. Essential Duties Liaison for sales department: Maintain and communicate financing programs, review deal documents, notify approvals, generate documents, and monitor lead tools. Customer interactions: Communicate warranty pricing and coverage, including Powergard and third-party products. Finance administration: Assist with loan applications, record-keeping, monitor past due accounts, and ensure compliance. Tailor financial terms to customer needs, obtain payoff info, and follow up on maturing leases. Supervisory responsibilities: Supervise a small team of administrative assistants. Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance or related agricultural business experience. Customer-facing experience in sales or lending roles. Excellent customer service skills.
