What Youll Do: Create Buzz Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Smart Cart experience. Show & Tell Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the carts coolest features. Be the Go-To Expert Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly. Collect Insights Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience. Drive Adoption Encourage customers to try and keep using the Smart Cart. Collaborate Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout. Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus. Access to reliable transportation Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned Working Conditions This Retail Sales Specialist position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking, and to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car.
