Clean Harbors is looking for a dedicated Class B Driver (Retail Technician) to join our team. This role involves providing essential environmental services, including the collection and disposal of damaged, discarded, or recalled products, as well as the recycling of various materials. Collect, pack, and transport damaged goods and recalled products efficiently. Load, segregate, and manage materials and waste products. Drive a box truck while visiting various retail customer sites. Engage with customers during service stops. Prepare necessary DOT shipping documentation. Utilize a laptop, printer, handheld device, and smartphone to complete tasks. Adhere to all regulatory compliance and safety standards. Complete other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must possess a valid driver’s license. Exceptional customer service skills are essential. Ability to use technology such as laptops, handheld devices, and smartphones is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements within 6 months of hire, with company support. Physical capability to perform job tasks is needed. Must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination as required. Compliance with OSHA’s respiratory protection standards is necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a Class B CDL. Hazmat endorsement is preferred. Previous experience in commercial driving. Experience with route delivery is a plus. Background in manual labor is beneficial.
