Key Responsibilities Manage ordering processes Oversee stocking of products Ensure effective merchandise presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization in your department Support cashiers when necessary Qualifications Self-motivated and mature Able to work 2 evenings per week and every other Saturday Experience with setting, filling, and maintaining merchandise plan-o-grams Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous retail experience is preferred Physical ability to stand for 8 hours, excluding breaks Compensation and Benefits The starting pay range for full-time employees is $19.25 - $20.25 per hour .
