Retail Department Leader Join our team as a full-time Retail Department Leader! We are excited to offer this opportunity in our store, where you can thrive in a supportive environment. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and we are CLOSED ON SUNDAY. As a Retail Department Leader, you will play a crucial role in the following areas: Ordering inventory Stocking shelves Creating engaging merchandise displays Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your department You will also assist as a cashier when needed. The starting pay for this position ranges from $19.25 to $20.25 per hour. Requirements: Must be mature, self-motivated, and eager to contribute. Willingness to work 2 evenings a week and every other Saturday. Ability to set, fill, and maintain merchandise plan-o-grams. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, excluding breaks.
