Position Responsibilities Leverage your business acumen to assess trends and implement improvement plans. Support inventory management training, focusing on minimizing shrink and optimizing receiving processes. Guide your team in maintaining brand standards and merchandising accuracy. Enhance guest experiences through proficient transaction processing and guest interactions. Oversee the implementation of Omni Channel initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Ensure animal welfare protocols are observed and upheld diligently. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment, promoting a healthy space for pets and partners alike. Train and develop team members, fostering their skills and knowledge in store operations. Model inspiring leadership and promote a positive corporate culture. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; business or management coursework preferred. 1+ years of management experience is required; 2+ years preferred. Effective communication, organizational, and technical skills are essential. Demonstrable guest service skills and a talent for coaching others. In this role, you will engage with the public and collaborate with various departments daily, promoting a pleasant and efficient shopping environment.
