PAY RANGE: $101,600.00 - $125,000.00 ANNUALLY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Operations Program Manager is focused on driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives, supporting senior leadership in furthering their agenda within their organizations. The role coordinates strategic action items on behalf of senior leadership and assists in the organization and tracking of priorities. The Program Manager attends and/or leads various meetings to further priorities and capture requested action and follow-up items for organization and oversight. The Program Manager will work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and will manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage resources and budgets
TASKS, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
Operational Framework: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals, and working closely with executive leadership.
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Communicates and follows-up with Senior Management on business initiatives, projects, and action items requested.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provides independent, informed, smart, and unbiased insight and feedback.
Performance Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas needing attention.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate resources (including personnel, budget, and equipment) to support operational activities. Contribute to budget planning and forecasting and managing operational expenses.
Leadership Effectiveness: Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate change, efficient discussions, and decision-making.
Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Risk and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations and manage operational risks. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Regulatory: Maintains a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance items including but not limited to BSA, RESPA, UDAAP, FLSA, etc.
Executive Support: Supporting senior leadership with administrative and strategic needs
Special Assignments: Undertake special projects and assignments as requested by senior leadership and/or perform other assignments as required.
P H Y SIC AL SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXERTION UTILIZED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE TASKS: Effective oral, interpersonal, relationship, and written communication skills required to drive Retail Transformation.
Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment, such as financial calculators, personal computer, facsimile machine and telephone.
OR GANIZATIONAL CONTACTS & RELATIONSHIPS: INTERNAL: All levels of retail staff, enterprise staff and executive management.
EX TERNAL: Members, credit union industry associations, community and strategic partners, and other internal and external individuals.
Q UALIFICATIONS: ED UCATION: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
EX PERIENCE: Five plus years experience in program management, operations, or strategic planning, preferably in a financial institution. Experience supporting C-suite executives or working in executive operations preferred.

Proven work experience as a team leader or manager

Thorough knowledge of the Credit Unions strategic goals, business initiatives, and priorities.

Strong project management skills to track multiple concurrent projects and follow-through with senior management as required keeping deliverables and deadlines on track to successful completion.
Independent worker with ability to be flexible and work in a team environment
Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Survey tools, and other standard office equipment (telephone, facsimile, copier, etc.):
Strong verbal and written communication skills with astute attention to grammatical details.
Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, humble, patient, and adaptable.
Demonstrates exceptional service in all that they do, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
PH YS I CA L REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
Corrected vision within the normal range.
Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed.
Ability to lift 15 lbs. as may be required.
Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
Limited local and statewide travel by car or public conveyance.
Unusually long work hours may be required to accomplish tasks.
