As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them discover their needs and providing tailored recommendations for Sherwin-Williams products. Your commitment to resolving any customer concerns will ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our store. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers both in-person and over the phone. Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Processing sales transactions accurately in line with our policies and procedures. Achieving monthly and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving and stocking products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Keeping the store equipment clean and presentable. Loading and unloading delivery trucks. Assisting in deliveries as needed. Ensuring assigned areas are maintained in an in-stock and presentable condition. Staying informed about our products and discussing available options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Offering suggestions for sales improvement. Additional Information: Location: Store #2081, 1013 W. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, especially Spanish.
