This part-time role is crucial to the thriving environment of our retail stores. As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on Sherwin-Williams products. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and swiftly address any concerns. With a starting pay of $13.75/HR, you will be a key player in helping customers find the right solutions while staying informed about product features and upholding the store’s visual standards. The position is located at: 28700 Chagrin Blvd Ste 4-6, Woodmere, OH 44122. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products. Build strong, trusting relationships with all customers. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with policies. Strive to meet and exceed sales goals consistently. Maintain organized and precise work order files. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Ensure store displays are attractive and shelves are stocked. Keep store equipment clean and operational. Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Help with deliveries when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stay knowledgeable about our products and discuss available options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Contribute ideas for improving sales processes. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is necessary. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service is advantageous. Previous experience selling paint or related products is a plus. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment is beneficial. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish, is a strong advantage.
