As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our stores. This position involves interacting with customers of all ages and managing cash and payment methods as well as other valuable items, which may be supervised or unsupervised. Therefore, a review of criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and the business as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
Assist customers in-store and via phone by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
Develop and nurture productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
Restock shelves and create appealing displays.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of store equipment.
Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks.
Support delivery operations when necessary.
Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
Stay knowledgeable about product offerings to discuss options confidently.
Adhere to inventory control processes.
Propose innovative ideas to boost sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
Current Sherwin-Williams employees must have at least a meets expectations (3) rating on their latest performance appraisal.
Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current role.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
One (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Bilingual capabilities are preferred, with the ability to communicate in Spanish being a plus.
