Join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate! This full-time position offers starting pay of $16.66/hr or based on relevant experience. Work will take place at Store #3159, located at 5601 S 56th St., #17 Lincoln, NE 68516. This role is critical to the success of our retail store as Customer Service Associates interact with both wholesale and retail customers, addressing their needs, answering product questions, and recommending the best solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly while also staying informed about product features to maintain store standards and achieve sales goals. Please note that this position involves contact with customers, which may include minors, as well as access to cash, electronic equipment, store merchandise, and other sensitive items. Details are available on our benefits site. Responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assisting customers in-person and via phone by determining their needs and providing suitable products. Building trusting relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions. Meeting sales goals and maintaining well-organized work files. Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mixing products to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up displays. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of store equipment. Loading and unloading deliveries and assisting when necessary. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presented. Staying knowledgeable about offered products and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvements. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus; Spanish proficiency is highly desired.
