Assisting customers in-person and via phone by determining their needs and providing suitable products. Building trusting relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions. Meeting sales goals and maintaining well-organized work files. Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mixing products to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up displays. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of store equipment. Loading and unloading deliveries and assisting when necessary. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presented. Staying knowledgeable about offered products and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvements. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus; Spanish proficiency is highly desired.
